is surgery the answer?

When possible, conservative treatments are utilized. Surgery is considered the last resort. The goal of conservative care is to restore you to the highest level of functioning as quickly as possible. We often use exercise and body mechanic training, as well as therapeutic injections, as alternatives to surgery.

If surgery becomes necessary, our orthopaedic spine specialists use the latest advanced techniques and equipment available. The ultimate goal of surgery is to return you to your desired activities in a safe and timely manner.
