The Bon Secours Hospice Team brings the Mission of Bon Secours to life every day with their service.

November is National Hospice Month, and we celebrate the gifts the Bon Secours Hospice team shares with our terminally ill patients and their families. Their service helps us fulfill our mission of providing compassionate care to those in need, including the dying, to alleviate suffering and bring people to wholeness. We are called to serve our patients in all stages of their life, and our Hospice program helps fulfill our ministry.

Working in Hospice can be challenging, but all 192 members of the Bon Secours Hospice team rise to the occasion every day. Below are a few comments from members of our community who have been touched by the Hospice team:

"I have never worked with a more sincere, caring, respectable, sympathetic and loving group of people as the team assigned to my family. I never felt dumb for not knowing what to do, and they made me very aware that I wasn't 'bothering' them when I called in the middle of the night. God bless."

"Words cannot express the feelings the staff gave me. Thank you for caring for my wife and me."

"The Hospice staff was wonderful and made a very difficult time more tolerable. I can't thank you enough for your kindness and support."

"The Hospice team was extremely caring and supportive. I couldn't have asked for more. I especially appreciated the calls in the weeks after my mother's death... simply to check in on us. Thank you."

The Bon Secours Hospice team brings the Mission of Bon Secours to life every day with their service. Thank you to the entire team.
